The staff, from the front doormen to concierge and housekeepers, were very friendly and welcoming. the room was a nice size with comfortable beds and a separate bedroom. - the accommodation was fairly clean and air-conditioned. - the hotel's central location made it easy to access various areas around Vancouver by car.

Everything was perfect, including very amiable staff from front doormen to concierge and housekeepers. The breakfast was enjoyable, the check in was early. Moreover, I parked on site. Location: the hotel was very close to all the attractions, Train Station, and gaps under glass areas. It also was close to IGA supermarket across the road.

The location here was perfect for exploring Downtown, and we had a great time in our well-equipped room with a comfy sofa bed.

Reception were great as we arrived early from the train and they let us have our room at about 10.30am. The room was clean and comfortable. Bed great. There is realy good IGA marketplace nearby and we had a kitchen so could self cater when we wished. Didn't take long to take a short walk down to Canada Place past all the shopping streets. There is a small shop in the hotel and a guest laundry. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel in every aspect of our stay. The room was nice and quiet, it was everything we needed and more.

The rooms were air-conditioned and brand-new, had smoke detectors for safety. The food provided was good. It was in a central location, to grocery store.

Check in and out was easy breezy! We got upgraded, staff was lovely and service for everything was great. Room service breakfast was pricey but fabulous.

Wow... was our room ever hot! We turned down the heat and opened all the windows, and even still had a hard time cooling it down!

Our deluxe suite was complete with very confortable beds and master bedroom, as for instance;)))

Views appeared to be not so great.

Stayed here for 3 nights and had a great time overall. the place is absolutely gorgeous, and we loved the amazing city view from our king suite. 🌆

The bed was comfortable. Great location.

The staff did not seem very caring. We were not asked if we needed help with our bags or how we enjoyed our stay upon checkout. For the price we paid, I would have expected a more updated room.

Every staff member was ready and willing to go out of their way to make sure you had what you needed for the best possible experience during your stay. Extremely customer service oriented.

The parking charges associated with the hotel were extremely high compared to other hotels that offer the same service.

The suite was beautifully decorated and very roomy. The staff was especially helpful at all times.

We experienced a few hiccups when we checked in and the pain lasted for about 4 more hours. The staff excelled at accomidating us and even upgraded us as well as paid for our valet parking for the duration of the stay. We were pleased with our stay there and would recommend them again.

The fact that we had to ask to be compensated when the sink leaked, the stove caught fire, the toilet was plugged and the room not ready when checking in even after we asked for early check in. We had to wait till 5:30 to get our room. Then the rooms were not as requested on the same floor let alone adjacent. Finally when asked they compensated us, which was acceptable, but with so many trials and tribulations you would have thought they would be more forth coming.
